"Archizines" is part library, part art show, riffing off the tradition of the newsstand and turning it into a sculptural form. The Storefront for Art and Architecture will house 80 architecture publications, shown on metal rods sprouting from the floor.

Thus visitors will be made aware of the physical objects of print publications, aside from their vast contributions to the dialogue.

The minimalist interior allows the visitor's attention to be unobstructed and maintains emphasis on the products themselves.

The Archizines Pop-Up Shop is a magical design concept that will have shoppers mystified and curiously interactive/5(64). The Book features amazing photographs that show two children exploring the many elements of a larger-than-life book.

Students have the opportunity to visualize as they read this simple story about the parts of a book. Detailed photographs and patterned text support early emergent readers. Books shelved as scapegoat: A Secret History of Witches by Louisa Morgan, The Guest Room by Chris Bohjalian, The Passion of Mary Magdalen by Elizabeth Cu.

Each book is a flâneur’s response to the urban environment, documenting the social patina and environmental decay left on architectural space. The design hangs the books from the ceiling, organized by size in a line that cuts through and displaces the field of existing Archizines publications.

While ordinarily you could simply go to either a large chain bookstore or a small scale mom and pop's retailer to purchase a book, these creative retail designs are taking ordinary bookstores to the next level, turning the idea of reading into a magical experience/5.
